Responsible for all aspects of project management, including representing the company at all project and client meetings, Sarin has extensive construction experience across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He has successfully managed and completed multiple major projects for us. 

With five years’ experience at KPS, and over ten years in The Emirates, Bineesh has managed many projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and in budget, and that international quality standards are always met.

Bryn joined KPS in 2019, with over ten years’ experience in the UK construction industry, where he fostered a right-first-time culture across residential and commercial projects. He has successfully completed many major, multifloored projects during his time in Dubai. 

With a previous career in motorsports, Luka holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from his native Slovenia. Since joining us in 2021, Luka has brought his international experience and deep engineering and project management skills to bear on many of our major projects. 

Christian has over eight years of UAE construction industry experience. He has successfully completed multiple projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, overseeing all aspects of each project and closely coordinating with our clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. 

With over twelve years’ experience in the UAE fit-out industry, Vikas is a resourceful project manager who is skilled at accurately understanding each project in its entirety, foreseeing problems before they occur, and ensuring full compliance across all aspects of the fit-out. 

With extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry, Kade has worked on major projects in Australia, Singapore, Europe, the UK and the UAE over the past fourteen years. His completed projects have ranged from workspaces to residential, retail and hotels. 

Naheer brings extensive experience in planning, scheduling, and client-focused project delivery from both Saudi Arabia and the UAE. A PMP®-certified civil engineer with advanced training in project engineering, he excels in managing diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Hazem brings over twenty years of UAE experience to his role as a Project Manager. His diverse expertise spans from steel and concrete framed structures and infrastructure developments, to complete high-end residential fit outs, always ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Sultan combines his role as an Assistant Project Manager with expertise as an MEP Engineer, leveraging traditional and innovative methods to deliver effective engineering solutions. With two years of experience in design, fieldwork, and management, he is committed to sharing knowledge and driving project success.

With over six years at KPS, Mohammad Panigatti is a results-driven professional with expertise in resource management, strategic planning, and quality assurance. Known for his ability to manage stakeholders and foster efficient teamwork, he has a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Aaron is an experienced project manager with twelve years in UAE fit outs. Renowned for precision and proactive problem-solving, he ensures seamless project delivery through clear communication, compliance, and efficiency, driving high-quality results and timely completion every time.

Santosh, a Senior Customer Service Manager, joined KPS in 2018 with over twenty years of UAE experience in hotel, retail, and office fit outs. With a diploma in architecture, he ensures seamless post-handover project support in our Aftercare division.

Sarfaraj, a mechanical engineering graduate with a diploma in MEP, joined KPS in 2017. With over a decade of UAE experience, he ensures regulatory compliance, streamlining approvals, inspections, and permits while collaborating with design and site teams.

Sachin joined KPS in 2018, with over a decade of planning experience in UAE construction. Specialising in large-scale interior projects, he ensures seamless execution, backed by a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Construction Management and ISO auditing certifications.
