Twelve month fit out warranties
Your peace of mind after the project is completed is as important to us as your satisfaction on the day we do the handover.
That is why we make two promises. First, you will benefit from a standard twelve-month defect liability period, or DLP. Second, you’ll receive an unlimited period of aftercare for any fit-out requirements and small building works.
Specialised team for all your needs
At KPS, we have a separate team of aftercare specialists, fully equipped to handle anything you might need. We will also work hard to resolve any issues quickly.
If there is something urgent, like a major leak or a power outage, we'll deal with it within four hours. Less urgent problems will be actioned within 48 hours.

One-year defects warranty
Our defects liability period covers twelve months as standard, and any international warranties on furniture and equipment will also be passed on to you.
Dedicated team of construction professionals
For any repairs or day two works, KPS has a dedicated and professional in-house team who will always be there to support you.
Ongoing client support
After we hand over the project you will still have a responsive point of contact to support you at KPS, always reachable by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Fast callout times
Urgent issues like leaks or power outages are actioned within four hours, less urgent issues are dealt with inside 48 hours.
Small works team
All existing KPS clients can always access a team for small works like painting, relocating a partition wall, or moving some power sockets.
